Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. The return request will be processed within 3 business days after approval. If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues, we will bear all associated costs.
However, if the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (non-quality related), we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and an additional 5% destruction fee (as we do not resell returned items). Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us via email before initiating a return.
If you purchase shipping insurance, you won’t need to worry about high return-related fees for 60 days. No matter why you decide to return the product after receiving it, this protection covers 100% of the return shipping costs and any restocking or processing fees. Please refer to the protection policy for full details.
For returns, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and confirmed. For exchanges, once we receive the returned product, we will ship out the replacement. For further details, please contact us.

Order Cancellation
We offer free cancellation for orders before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we will make every effort to intercept it. If the interception is successful, there will be no charge; if unsuccessful, you will need to contact us after receiving the product and return it at your own expense. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, 15%-50% of the product price will be deducted as compensation, depending on the damage. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and confirmed.
