How do I earn points?

How do I view my point balance?
You can redeem your points two different ways: for discounts or for MUSSO goodies — the choice is yours! First, make sure you’re logged in to see how many points you have. A minimum of 150 points is needed to begin redemption for either option. When you redeem your points for savings, you’ll receive an email with a unique discount code, which you can enter at checkout. Note that this is not applicable to shipping costs. When you redeem your points for products, you’ll choose any product you have enough points for, and that product will be automatically added to your cart. Note that redemption for products is only available online, and any products you redeem from points are final sale.

Can I combine my redeemed codes?
Our cart checkout only allows (1) discount or promotional code per order.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, this is yours for the taking! The more you shop, the more you earn. Just remember that your points expire after 1 year of inactivity (AKA if you have not earned or redeemed any points in the last 12 months).
Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time?
You can use up to 400 points (£40) on one order.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
